| BRITISH FINAL |
| Hayden Wood won his third British title with a composed performance that saw him win his last ride to move to 13 points and confirm his win in the final heat of the meeting. Behind him Cameron Monk faded a little after an unbeaten start before the interval but he can be very happy with 2nd and a place in the GP Challenge Semi Finals. David Bedford, 3rd and surprisingly his first ever top 3 finish in the British Final, and Andrew Williamson also progressed to the next stage of GP qualifying, along with Adam Bridgett, who finished 6th in the meeting to clinch the final qualifying place. Defending champion Peter Doyle suffered an engine failure in his 3rd ride and failed to progress, as did former British and World Champion Nick Ambrose who will now spend another season out of the GPs. |
